How do I pay my storage bill?
With the ClickandStor® Online Rental Suite, use your registered email to access your account. This is the email address you used when purchasing your units online. Click “Account” at the top of the page, sign into your facility, and enter your account information to access the dashboard. From there, set up auto-pay or make one-time monthly payments on your mobile device, desktop PC, or Mac.
How do I pick my storage unit size?
IN-N-OUT Self Storage offers a Storage Calculator through the ClickandStor® Online Rental Suite. From our home page, find the Storage Calculator tool by clicking on “Storage Calculator”, under the Storage Tools dropdown on the home bar.
On the Storage Calculator Page, select the contents you’d like the store by either using our presets or customizing your stored items.
- Using the presets tool gives you a direct estimate of the storage unit you’ll need
- Customizing your stored items has you select the items by room (Bedroom, Living Room, Dining Room, Study, Kitchen, Garage, or Misc.)
- In addition, a drop-down tool allows you to estimate the space by how you plan on organizing your unit. Find “How Full Should the Unit Be?” underneath the dining room description and select between:
- No item stacking (Reduced accuracy but no items will hover)
- Some item stacking (Medium accuracy)
- Full item stacking (Best accuracy but some objects may hover)
- After you are finished making your selections, click on “Calculate” and you will receive a direct estimate of the space you’ll need.
Can I rent storage online?
Yes, we have online rentals available through ClickandStor® Online Rental Suite
Do I need tenant storage insurance?
We strongly recommend it, as most homeowner’s insurance policies do not cover personal items held off-property. Tenant storage insurance gives you the added peace of mind of knowing that your items are safe against burglary, natural disasters, and accidents. IN-N-OUT Self Storage offers our own in-house tenant insurance available for all units.
What security measures are in place?
IN-N-OUT Self Storage comes with electronic gate and building access. We also monitor the facility with recorded video surveillance. Tenants can also bring their own padlocks.
How long does it take to move-in online?
Depending on the user, it can take around 5 to 10 minutes.
Do you provide dollies, pushcarts, and moving equipment?
Yes. We have dollies and flatbed carts available for free on-site use for the indoor climate controlled units.
Do I need to bring my own storage lock?
No, but tenants are allowed to bring their own padlocks.
What items am I not allowed to store?
General items that should not be stored include:
- Live animals
- Perishables
- Liquids
- Explosives
- Flammable liquids and fuels
- Toxic materials
- Items that need to be in a controlled environment

When can I move in?
After signing your lease, you should receive an email including your renter’s agreement and information on your unit, including your gate access code, unit number, and any facility-specific special instructions.
Renters can move in immediately after signing their lease.
